EH-100 EDM hole drilling machine for small holes

The EH-100 is an EDM hole machine, an EDM hole drilling machine from EDMWIREHOLE in Hengelo, the Netherlands. An EDM drilling machine, also called an EDM drill machine, one of the EDM drillers or small hole EDM machines, makes accurate holes with electrical sparks instead of a drill bit. A rotating electrode runs through a ceramic EDM drill guide while water flushes the sparks and debris away. EDM drilling therefore works on hardened steel, carbide and tough alloys, without cutting force on the workpiece.

What is the EDM drilling minimum diameter? The EH-100 drills holes from 0.1 mm up to 5 mm, tested with 1.0 mm. The work area is 240 x 240 x 110 mm (9.4 x 9.4 x 4.3 inch), with a stainless steel 316 work table and basin. The machine is CNC controlled with LinuxCNC on a Raspberry Pi 5, or on a PC, and the control cabinet is available in an EU or UL version.

The EH-100 is delivered as a complete EDM hole drilling machine without spark generator. We advise the BAX BX18 spark generator with EtherCAT. You buy it yourself, and it is installed in 5 minutes, because all the wiring is prepared. EMC: EN 55011, Group 2, Class A, for industrial workshops.
