EDM wire cutting machines

The EW-100 is our complete EDM wire cutting machine. Need a different size? The EW-custom wire cutting machine is built to your requirements. Custom machines are available up to 2000 x 4000 mm (78 x 156 inch).

EDM hole drilling machines

The EH-100 is our EDM hole drilling machine. We also offer the EDM drill popping head separately.

DIY EDM machine kit: build your own wire EDM machine

Prefer to build it yourself? Our DIY modules form a complete DIY wire EDM machine: XY module with 600 mm spindles and 25 mm guides, frame, work basin, water pumps, control cabinet and PC-Pi5 controller. Every module is available separately and shipped worldwide.

The pulse generator is the heart of every EDM wire machine. Our DIY wire EDM machine uses the BAX generator as EDM power supply, so you don’t have to design your own wire EDM circuit. The electrical diagram is supplied with the control cabinet.
